Telephone Answering
All your calls are answered by our receptionists in your business name and either patched live to you or messages are taken and forwarded via text messaging or email. Alternatively, you may have a line diverted directly to you.

All voice calls can be answered personally during normal office hours with an after-hours voicemail facility provided. Your calls are instantly patched through to your home, office or mobile, anywhere in the world or messages taken and forwarded immediately to you by e-mail or SMS text messaging or sent via email at the end of each day.

Mailing Address
Have all your business mail forwarded to one of our London addresses and forwarded to you anywhere in the world or collect at your convenience. Packages are also accepted for forwarding at our North London address.  At our Marylebone office you can also hire a meeting room for up to eight people.

Your letters and small packets can be forwarded to you, anywhere in the world, on a daily or weekly or monthly basis.  Sent by normal post, special posting (such as Royal Mail's registered & recorded within the UK or International Signed For & Airsure internationally), or by courier. In addition, with your express permission, you may choose to have your mail opened, scanned then faxed or emailed to you. Alternatively, you may choose to collect your mail from our SW19 & W1 addresses during normal working hours.

Virtual Office Packages

Have a full virtual presence in London or the UK. Included in our packages are Telephone Answering, Fax2Email number and forwarding to your email address, plus choice of London Address which can include the use of our Meeting Rooms to meet your clients.
