It is quite normal for limited companies to use different premises for their registered office address and it has been approved by Companies House that this can include a virtual office address for directors' service addresses.
The advantage being that the private address of the company and its officers can be retained only by Companies House and is not in the public domain.

You can use either our Wimbledon SW19 or our Marylebone W1 Business Centre as the registered address for your company. We charge for this on an annual basis without any set up charge or deposit as per the details shown below. We send the first ten letters to you free of charge. It is also possible for you collect your mail from these two registered office addresses.

We will forward all official government mail from Companies House and other government agencies to you immediately upon receipt at our offices. This also includes the Director's service address for up to four directors.

This service is designed specifically for mail received from Companies House and other government agencies and does not include normal business or personal mail. If you want to include mail from these sources then we can offer you a package that includes all mail.
