Can I have a telephone number diverted to me instead of someone answering my calls?


Yes, you can use our London Office start up service and specify that you wish the line to be transferred.


Can I use your services for less than a month?

 

No. Our telephone answering and mailing services are for a minimum of three months. Beyond two months you may cancel our service by providing us one month’s notice in writing.


How do I pay for my incoming calls using your London Office Start Up service?

 

You pay the handling fee for the inbound calls plus the transferred part of the call at BT rates per minute.


Can I collect mail from your office?

 

You can collect the mail from all of our offices except Holborn WC1 but you may still use this address and have the mail forwarded to our SW19 address for collection.


I live outside the EEC and do not normally pay VAT on goods bought in the UK. Why do I have to pay VAT on your services?

 

Value Added Tax rules are determined by the UK government. They have decreed that our services are provided from within the UK and therefore VAT is payable.


Do you accept packages?

 

Our normal mailing service includes all items containing documents up to the size 250mm x 353mm x 150mm. Any items larger than that or that contain goods of any type are classified as parcels. See our parcels service for details of the restrictions and the charges.


Can we have our money back if we are not happy with your service?

Will you give out our details to anyone that phones or calls on you?

 

Under the Data Protection Act we cannot give out any of your personal contact details apart from appropriate government bodies such as Trading Standards, the Police and HMRC.
