Why do I pay a deposit?

We ask for a £35 refundable holding deposit which is held as a credit on your account.  This is used to cover any usage charges that are acrued before being invoiced. This deposit is refundable at the end of service.

Can I have a telephone number diverted to me instead of someone answering my calls?
Yes, you require our Line Transfer service.

Can I use your services for less than a month?
No. Our telephone answering & mailing services are for a minimum of three months. 
Beyond two months you may cancel your service by providing us one month's notice.

How do I pay for outgoing calls using your Exclusive service?
You pay the handling fee for the inbound call plus the transferred part of the call at BT rates per minute.

Can I collect my mail from your office?
You can collect your mail from our Wimbledon SW19 & Marylebone W1 offices.

I am located in Germany, how do I send payment?
You may pay by several methods. Credit/Debit card, Paypal, Online bank transfer, Swift Electronic Bank Transfer or Western Union Money Order.

If I pay your cheaper annual fee but decide to terminate after 3 months have I lost the remainder of my money?
Certainly not. You will be refunded your money after deduction of the normal monthly fee for the amount of service already provided.

I live in the US, I do not normally pay VAT goods bought in the UK and delivered to me.
Why do I have to pay VAT with your services?

VAT or Value Added Tax rules are determined by the UK government. They have decreed that the services we provide are provided from within the UK and therefore VAT is payable for these services.

Do you accept packages?
We only accept packages containing documents. We do not accept packages containing goods/merchandise for security & insurance reasons and such packages may be refused, returned to sender or disposed.
