Why do I pay a mailing deposit?

If you wish mail forwarded to you we charge £0.75 per forwarding plus the actual postage.  We deduct these charges from the mailing deposit and ask you to top this amount up when it becomes exhausted.

Can I have a telephone number diverted to me instead of someone answering my calls?
Yes, you require our Line Transfer service.

Can I use your services for less than a month?
No. Our telephone answering, mailing and fax forwarding services are expected to be provided for at least three months but you can use the services between one and three months if you let us know at the beginning of the service.

How do I pay for outgoing calls using your Live Patch-Thru service?
You pay the handling fee for the inbound call plus the transferred part of the call at BT rates per minute.

Can I collect my mail from your office?
You can collect your mail from all our mailing addresses except the Central London WC1 address.

I am located in Germany, how do I send payment?
You may pay by several methods. Credit/Debit card (not Amex), by Swift Electronic Bank Transfer or Western Union Money Order.

If I pay your cheaper annual fee but decide to terminate after 3 months have I lost the remainder of my money?
Certainly not. You will be refunded your money after deduction of the normal monthly fee for the amount of service already provided.

I live in the US, I do not normally pay VAT goods bought in the UK and delivered to me.
Why do I have to pay VAT with your services?

VAT or Value Added Tax rules are determined by the UK government. They have decreed that the services we provide are provided from within the UK and therefore VAT is payable for these services.

Do you accept parcels?
We accept parcels (forwarding only - collection not available) at our London N13 address only. All other addresses will only accept documents and will always refuse or return to sender any merchandise received.
